My Mother-in-Law had her annual energy company furnace inspection yesterday. Was told by the technician that the heat exchanger tube was cracked and the furnace needed to be replaced. The furnace was 25 years old, so not unexpected. He shut off the gas, turned off the furnace and arranged for a sales rep. to give a quote. I was advised by a family member to give Ray Johnston a call. Ray was at the house a 1/2 hour after contacting him, gave a quote on a mid-range furnace and advised it could be installed tomorrow. Rays quote was several hundred dollars less than the competition and the warranty was substantially better. The furnace was installed today as promised. The technicians were professional and courteous. This kind of customer service is very rare in today's marketplace.
I will definitely be recommending Ray Johnston & Sons in the future.
The coffee at Jack's was very good. That was all we wanted, and enjoyed it very much. The staff was kind.
