As soon as we met with him he was very welcoming, definitely a people person. He provided us with the information and steps we needed to take to get us there. Very clear and professional, plus was always there for our best interest. We finally closed on our home this year and appreciate all the hard work and time he dedicated to get us here. Thank you!

Each client I have referred to Dave whether it be a first time home buyer or experienced investor he has wowed them with his knowledge and dedication to their needs and has all times achieved getting them a mortgage suited best towards their needs. When I personally needed a small mortgage on a very special property he didn't think it was a waste of time and went above and beyond to help me out. Now on property number two for myself in the same year he delivers the same consistent quality and cares about his clients and how he is helping them achieve their real estate goals. I feel confident in the clients I refer to him and in handling my own personal real estate needs. I feel lucky to have had him help me this year achieve my own successes and look forward to many more! Dave has his clients best interest at heart and it shows, he delivers on what he says!
