We have recommended Joanna to friends and family and will confidently continue to do so. Joanna has excellent taste and can tailor project requirements and design around a given budget and schedule. From our initial meeting, through the design process and rebuild, we had complete confidence in Joanna’s capability of managing the project, and her commitment to high quality work.
Communication was open, including but not limited to: weekly updates, regular budget updates, frequent meetings ( in person and on the phone). We made several informal site visits, and found the team very professional & friendly.
Knowing that there were many challenges with the project, Joanna made the process as stress free for us as possible.
We love our house, and enjoyed watching the transformation.

We had a vision in mind; but with Alair Homes' help, our bathroom truly became the dream space it was meant to be. The bathroom is beautifully designed and incredibly functional for our family. From sourcing custom pieces to the best materials and trades, Joanna listened to our needs and managed everything from start to finish with creativity and ease. She was transparent, responsive and lovely to work with at all points of the project; which was also well organized and on budget. We love our bathroom and would highly recommend Alair Homes to others and work with them again.
