I have appreciated the exercise and suggestions given for further improvement and all have helped! All of my appointments have been accommodated and time respected. The facility is very clean and welcoming with strict Covid protocols (which I appreciate). Conversations are caring and enjoyable. I would recommend Trail Physio to anyone for excellent care and positive results. I have and will continue to recommend and encourage friends and family to try the Trail Physio care team!

(November 1, 2021, 2:56 pm)As someone who’s suffered from chronic migraines for the last 20 years (several a month), I started attending regular weekly appointments at Trail Physio, three months ago, for physio on my neck. The results have been absolutely incredible! I am so thankful to finally feel better! Gary and Laine are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, and the facility is beautiful and clean! I recommend anyone seeking physio to go to Trail Physio!

He has always been impressively knowledgeable and with his help we’ve addressed any concerns. I lead an active lifestyle and don’t plan on stopping any time soon. If you’re like me then you’ll find a visit Trail Physio a huge benefit!
