(August 16, 2018, 2:00 pm)"Outstanding," is the best way to describe Fallis and Shields. Bill saw us, as a walk-in, with no appointment when he didn't have to; during such a difficult time, losing our Dad. (although, it's suggested to call first)
Bill was incredibly compassionate, professional and followed through every single step of the way.
* I would suggest anyone seeking assistance, during your most sad & stressful time, to go see them. Not only the professionalism & courteous service, but the expense - there is no comparison. From the bottom of my Heart, THANK YOU BILL.
