(February 28, 2023, 5:10 pm)Visited the centre for passport application without an appointment on a Friday morning around 9:30 am. There were only a couple of people waiting before us. The security guard directed us to a couple of chairs in waiting area. We were called up in 15 mins. The agent was knowledgeable and courteous. She was also efficient and organized. We were all done in 20 mins. If you have all your documents accuately filled, you should be done in 40 mins. Fantastic experience!!!

(November 30, 2022, 6:30 pm)We needed to get our passports and thought Stratford would not be as busy as Kitchener. We were correct. Paola, who was the clerk that processed our applications, was very pleasant to work with and was extremely thorough, quick and efficient. Overall a great experience. Just wanted to mention that google maps has the wrong address. It's not Lorne west it's east.
