This is the best cheese in Ontario, probably Canada, possibly North America. Having lived for decades in France, I despaired of ever finding anything comparable. No worries. Ruth Klahsen has the gift.
great Buffalo cheeses.. and reasonable prices too..
Just had the absolute gastronomic pleasure of tasting Water Buffalo Fresco. Oh my, this cheese is so delicious. Had some for lunch with fresh home baked sourdough bread and some fruit. For breakfast, a sampling with bagels, avocado, smoked salmon and poached egg. What a feast! Shared by a close friend and enjoyed immensely. I shall look into ordering direct.
Hands down - best halloumi in Toronto. Great customer service as well.
