For $10 you can sample most of junction 56’ catalog of spirits. Steve, our tasting guide did a great job of describing the inception of the brand and their distilling process.
Favourites are: lemon gin, mint smoothie vodka, elderflower gin, sex and gold vodka. Also their plain vodka goes down really smooth! -

(October 17, 2022, 5:27 pm)We did a tour and tasting which was beyond anything I could have imagined! I expected a couple samples, and the alcohol to be typical of craft distilleries, this was not that at all!
We tried at least a dozen different samples. The flavour on each is absolutely incredible!
The vodkas and gins are smooth, no terrible after kick. The flavour options are amazing.
Definitely a hidden gem in Stratford! -
