Susan more than accomplished this task. She had so many great ideas regarding colour, furnishings, lighting, furniture placement, and where and what things to hang on the walls. She not only provided suggestions as to what could be purchased but she also offered suggestions as to how we could make use of items we have. Her ideas were very practical. We are so happy we met with Susan and would recommend her desgin skills to anyone. THANK YOU Susan!

Before Susan took over we’d listed the house and had no offers. By the time Susan was finished we had multiple offers and sold the home $130k over asking!!!
During our initial consultation I was immediately impressed by her recommendations. We quickly decided to use her services and I’m glad we did.
She led a renovation from start to finish, was on budget, very prompt to communicate progress, and the result of her work was fantastic. The house looked and presented so well after she was finished... it was a jaw-dropping transformation!
Best of all, my client over the moon with the end result. Well worth the effort And money to renovate and stage according to Susan’s recommendations. Sometimes you need to spend a little money to make money!!
Thanks again for doing such a great job preparing the house for sale. You were such an integral part of the whole process. If I have an opportunity to use your services again, I’ll be sure to reach out.

(August 12, 2017, 8:23 pm)We used Susan's help for staging our house for sale and oh boy what a huge difference it made, it was absolutely worth it ! People usually think that if they get rid of the clutter and paint the walls that is enough for showcasing their house and I think it is a very wrong assumption. there is so much more into it than you think, someone who is as experienced as Susan, can make your house look much more pleasant and attractive than you think you could do by yourself. Once the staging was done and we listed our house in the market, it only took 3 days to sell the house ! Thank you very much Susan.
