I rented the vehicle almost 4 weeks ago in Barrie they had a beautiful vehicle for me brand new nice and clean but then they asked me if it was snow tires on my original vehicle that was ritten off in an accident and and I said oh well we'll have to give you another vehicle because this one has snow tires on it then . They did give us another one identical but no snow tires but it hadn't have been cleaned since last rented.but when I returned it here in Stratford there was so kind so polite and so easy to get along with I will rent from there again Stratford Enterprise it was very clean Neat and they were organized dealt with the manager

Absolutely excellent experience with enterprise in Stratford. I was involved in a crash and was set up through insurance to receive a rental car with this location. They were extremely fast , helpful and informative which made my first rental car experience really great. No complaints at all ! they even picked me up in Shakespeare and dropped me off as well which was very much appreciated. Thank you Keegan and Anas.

Anas & Paul at the Stratford location went above and beyond my greatest exceptions. They picked me up at the grocery store and even helped me load my groceries into the trunk. The rental I received was very clean and sturdy. I have never seen such great customer service before. I have recommended them numerous times and so far 13 of my family members have also used them now. Thank-you Enterprise.
