I stayed with my sister the night before her wedding and we had a great experience checking in and getting to know Amanda. We got ready for the wedding the next day in the loft and they brought a lovely breakfast up to us for convenience and made her special da incredibly lovely and smooth. After the wedding, I stayed in the loft with my partner and it had been completely cleaned and reset for us to stay there. We joined everyone for brunch in the main space in the morning and the food was absolutely incredible! There were fresh fruits and vegetables and pastries and basically everything was local and John told us where the best local farmers markets were for later. All in all, they were incredible hosts and made our trip and my sister's wedding unforgettable and comfortable.

(July 17, 2017, 12:53 pm)Avery House has been our number one choice for a place to stay when we go to plays in Stratford. We have stayed in a wide variety of B&B's over the years--both in Stratford itself and in towns close by, but for the last 3 years we have stuck with Avery House. The rooms are wonderful, the location perfect, but what clinches it for us are the hosts John and Amanda. John's 'farm to table' breakfasts and Amanda's in depth knowledge about the plays, the restaurants and the town make our visit. The last 2 years Amanda has made our dinner reservations for us at area restaurants before we even arrive, saving us the trouble. Definitely 5 stars
