All officer friendly and helpful.
Looks very nice but wishing they had a two bedroom bungalow condo but not the bungaloft. Not crazy about laundry facilities on the second floor as I have heard stories and not all good. Main room is fine!
Great Experience. We built with them in 2014/2015 and were happy with the quality and the overall experience. Even a few years later, we haven't had any bad surprises! They were flexible, responsive, and willing to customize a lot of things. To this day, no one can believe that the house was delivered on time. We had a home inspection post-delivery and the inspector was pleased with everything he checked. We didn't find any major issues and the only little things Bromberg had to fix were minor and aesthetic. We dealt primarily with two individuals, one was the customer service person (Lisa) and the other was a foreman named Dave. Both were great to work with. When storms roll through our neighbourhood, many of our neighbours deal with shingles blowing off, siding coming off, etc. but none of the Bromberg homes. They all stand strong! I would build with them again.
