A creative, passionate artist with the ability to create beautiful pieces with significant meaning - this is Kim! From her beautiful studio, to her displays at Stratford’s “Art in the Park” - Kim presents her pieces with elegance and class. We have several of her encaustic works in our home and love the distinctive and moving nature of her art. I love the texture of encaustic art, especially. Truly Kim McCarthy is a talented artist and beautiful soul who has the ability to speak from her heart to yours not only with her breathtaking Art but with her genuine friendly spirit. I first fell in love with Kim McCarthy's Art online when I was searching for encaustic Artists. The Art I saw really resonated deeply with me on multiple levels. When I finally was able to see the Art Collection up close and personal I was WOWed. It was truly a moving experience! What an absolute delight, and feel good experience to meet the Artist herself!! Kim McCarthy is such a welcoming, sincere, caring individual. I have enjoyed the gift of several heartfelt connecting conversations with this lovely lady. As if that wasn't blessing enough, I am also the proud owner of several of Kim's pieces! It truly amazes me how a piece of Art can join two people in an emotional experience without ever speaking a word. The miracle of Art is that it can be a healing inspiration for the creator as well as for the one who has the pleasure to own it.
