  Scott did an excellent job repairing our dishwasher. He showed up early, on a Saturday morning, and was highly professional and courteous. After a number of unsuccessful attempts at repairing the dishwasher. Scott finally managed to successfully get it working. I highly recommend Scott.

  Frank James came to repair our really old dishwasher. He demonstrated professionalism and provided knowledgeable service when attending to the machine. He was fast and the machine is now running like new! Super friendly guy and will definitely be requesting his services in the future, as needed. :)

  I had purchased a Frigidaire Induction Stove that after not even a day of ownership started error coding constantly. After contacting Frigidaire and going through the warranty claim, I had to get in touch with Trans Global to schedule a repair. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very cheery and tried to be accommodating, but I work day shift and wouldn't be able to be here to meet the technician. I had to go to some length to get someone to stay at my house while I wasn't home to wait for the call.
  
  The woman said the tech would call from 8-10 in the morning to tell us when he would be by. He did call during that time and arrive right when he said he would. Tony was extremely helpful and ordered the parts needed right away before he even left. I was called not 3 days later that the parts had arrived and scheduled a day a few days later for Tony to come back and repair my stove. He called and arrived right on time and the repair was done within an hour. It has now been 2 weeks and I haven't had a problem since. Tony is very knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. Thank you so much!

  Louie came to repair our dishwasher yesterday. He did a great job and obviously was a skilled technician. Although he was only ten minutes past the window he'd given us he called to let us know he'd be a little late. That kind of customer service should be rewarded because it just doesn't happen anymore. Thanks for an excellent job! Also my neighbor will be calling to get his dishwasher assessed in the near future as he was also impressed with the job done for us. Thanks again.
