  We made a visit to this store and had the best customer service experience from Arlene and Dipali. Arlene was a very informative associate who detailed to me regarding the stock of a product! When we were in line, a woman cut in front of us without our knowledge. This prompted Dipali to let us know, which resulted in us rightfully being able to pay first. This earned our respect for the store and company! Keep up the good work!

  My wife put a Christmas gifts list together and I was able to get 90% of it done here. The selection was great I found two items on sale which is great. Make sure to ask staff to check the back for any inventory.. I thought they sold out of the children’s play center but the manager insisted on checking the back and saved me a trip to another store! ????????

  Our kids love toys and the store offers a good selection. The only thing is, the customer service is lacking. Perhaps that is why the franchise itself is not doing so well. I agree with another reviewer: the customer service at the Toys R Us in the States that we have been to, is so much better in terms of overall shopping experience

  Today I met with sales associate her was Margreta as I remember, she was so helpful, nice, friendly and she tried her best helping me to find what I was looking for, she made the extra mile by calling other stores to check of they have double seats- stroller. I was upset but her excellent performance during my visit left no other options but to remain a loyal client and I will come over and over. Thank you from my wife, my little daughter, my unborn daughter and myself.
