Great work . Dr Shearer and his assts along with all the staff at this location has been very professional and in very happy with the care I've received thus far.
I am very happy with the level of care at this location. In particular, I'm very happy with the level of care from Dr. Okera.
From day 1, she's cared more about my wellbeing than I actually thought she would -- taking the extra time that she needed to to complete the careful work on my first (very bad) cavity, so as to avoid a root canal -- and accommodated my wife's medical concerns relating to anesthesia. My wife metabolizes pain killers very quickly, and she's had a history of her pain being ignored by previous dentists despite her request for more anesthesic. Dr. Okera, however, took her concern very seriously and went out of her way to ensure that it was mitigated. Dr. Okera also seems very interested in dentistry, it doesn't seem to just be a paycheque for her, as she asked us for the link to the info about a new dental procedure being developed and then talked to us about it and dentistry as a whole during a later visit.
The location is also very clean and well organized, for the small space that they have to work in.
I don't give 5 stars because there's always room for improvement if you look hard enough for it.
I'm also anticipating some people to think that this review is fake because of the nature of the comments, but please rest assured that it's not. I am not a plant. My vocabulary is not an indication that I'm an employee, it's an indication that I think before I speak, and don't make idle remarks/reviews.
