  I’d like to express my appreciation of the great service provided by Jacob at the Sleep Country at 1680 Lakeshore Rd. West in Mississauga. I recently went to SC to look into purchasing a new mattress and support platform. Jacob was extremely patient, knowledgeable and respectful during my visit. He listened to what I needed, and had good suggestions, even finding me the perfect pillow when he saw that I’m a “side sleeper”. He also helped me find great sheets, and made an extra “deep-dive” into the basement of the store to find a down pillow that my mother had expressed an interest in. What I appreciated the most was that Jacob listened and recommended, and did not push. It was a great experience. I was also happy to hear about SC’s policy of accepting our old mattresses and beds and cleaning them and refurbishing them for re-sale, or to donate to charities. I have several friends who’ve recently purchased beds at the same SC store, and although Jacob was not working at that location at the time, my friends said that they’d also had good experiences and were happy with their new beds. I am very pleased with my new bed, sheets and pillows, and am only sorry that I waited this long to go to Sleep Country.

  I visited Sleep Country after visiting several large stores and felt my needs were not being heard, I spent almost two hours with Andrew and bought a Tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable base and now sleep better than I have done in years.
  Andrew was not only professional he listened to my needs and did not rush or pressure me into buying which I had experienced previously.
  I would highly recommend Sleep Country to anyone looking for a great nights sleep.

  My husband and I had a great experience at this store. William is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the various mattresses and accessories and made sure we found a mattress that suited our needs. We ended up with the Dormeo with the remote feature which we both find is extremely comfortable and helps us to customize our individual preferences. William, thanks for your guidance and patience!   Terrific experience and great customer service. We found our dream bed at a great price, that we didn't know we needed until we tried it out in store. Would highly recommend.

  We just got our adjustable bed with mattress delivered and we couldn't be more happier. When we came across Andrew we knew that we'll make a purchase with him. We've been shopping for a mattress for a while and didn't have such a professional customer service. Not only is Andrew knowledgeable but most importantly he isn't pushy and gives you the best price. Other sales person would try to make a quick sale by telling you that the product you want might not be available tomorrow and the price they give you is only valid for a day. Shopping with Andrew was a true pleasure and the product we ended up with is fantastic!!!

  We went to a couple sleep country locations to shop for our bed but ended up coming back to this location and making our purchase. William is above knowledgeable and was very patient and happy to answer our many questions. He went above and beyond making sure we were happy with our decision. Unlike other locations that were just pushing to make the sale, William’s process was custom and tailored to us. He wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. It’s been 3 months and with the recommended bed, I have never slept better and my back pain has minimized. Thank You William!!!
