  They take advantage of insurance, The dental hygienist did an okay job, was pretty rushed, charged me and the insurance tons for an unfinished job. The dentist is professional but he just charges fees I didn't even know about without any explanation or anything (who does that). Very EXPENSIVE dentistry without updating their clients on estimated costs and quotes. Front office did not quote me before hand and just took advantage of the fact I had insurance. I was just more $$$ to them, taking me from one place to another without my real consent to the process. The xrays were rushed and a lot of errors between xrays... OVERALL I WOULD NOT GO BACK. I don't feel right paying these guys all this money even If I had insurance its not fair to me or them.
  
  Edit: I was contact by the Dentist MR BUTANY and has offered me a refund and apologized for any inconvenience, as that is not how he runs his business. I will consider coming to his office, due to his pride in maintaining a great clinic in the amazing lake shore area. Its still an expensive clinic at most but I feel they understood my complaints and how they should proceed with future clients.

  I had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me right away. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Butany did an amazing job. He is knowledgeable, professional and so gentle and careful in his work, it was a pain-free experience. I am truly impressed with their service and happy I found my new dental office. Thank you so much!

  Started going to Dentistry on Lakeshore a few years ago, first rate staff & facility! Dr. Butany is a superb dentist and all around great guy, always enjoy my visits. He's performed a few procedures on me and the work done has been excellent. Very happy with my decision to be a patient here, Dentistry on Lakeshore has exceeded my expectations.   I was impressed by Dentistry on Lakeshore. It is a very clean modern office. Dr. Butany and his team are very knowledgeable & friendly. I referred some of my family there because my experience was so great. They have all been happy as well. Monica cleaned my teeth. She is so gentle. Dr. Butany is a fantastic dentist.

  Amazing service! All of the staff are so kind and welcoming, and I could not be happier with my experiences here. Dr. Butany is incredibly talented, and takes the time to personally know and understand your wants and expectations, and makes sure to achieve that in the best and most comfortable way possible.
