  The positives `are they have `a huge amount of slabs to choose from.... any type you can think of. i enjoyed the process of picking the exact stone that i would use at my house. the staff were very friendly. my only complaint is when you are selecting slabs you have no indication from them as to what level of stone you are choosing. so in our case we picked out a beautiful slab of granite which ended up being $700 more than i was quoted by my shop in hamilton because i had unknowingly selected a "premium stone". There was no indication on any of the stones on what grade or level they would be, and since this place wont give you a price they will only release it to the shop which we were dealing with ( after you have left the store) They should improve the system so the slabs are graded or have price levels for a better shopping experience

  We were blown away by the customer service we received from Monica at MSI, she really knew her stuff when it comes to granite. She went out of her way to make sure we were getting what we wanted and went as far as to have the guys bring out a brand new slab of granite that she thought we might like but wasn't on display yet. We took one look at the slab and knew right away it was the perfect one! Thank you so much for your help Monica. We are more than satisfied with the customer service and will gladly recommend friends and family to MSI in the future.

  Wonderful service, very professional and very helpful for our needs. They are really organised and clearly know their products extremely well. Would recommend anyone who is redoing their kitchen counters, bathroom or flooring!
