  I bought Nokian Hakka SUV winter tires from here back in November 2018 for my Ford Mustang. The service staff performed a timely summer tire-to-winter tire swap on my factory rims. I waited a few months to write this, since I was expecting something will go wrong, like improper tire balance etc. Fortunately I am glad to say, every aspect of purchasing tires from this location has been pleasant.

  I booked online to swap winter tires on new rims. Few days later when the new rims arrived I got them installed on just 36 minutes. I was able to follow the full process through the window. I found the process very fast, transparent and professional not like 401 Dixie Nissan that is a nightmare

  These guys are truly great. I bought winter tires from them in 2016 and took them in to get swapped. When I got the car back I noticed a very small dent in the front fender which I believed happened when the car was in for service (or sitting in the parking lot outside). When I went in to inquire they happily checked the videos in the bay to see if it had happened there. Unfortunately, the view of my car was blocked. Dismayed, I was certain they would tell me that there was no evidence it happened at the shop or in the parking lot, and that they were not responsible. The truth is I couldn’t prove that it did happen in their care. To my surprise however, the manager said they would have it fixed for me just in case it did in fact happen at the shop. I was shocked. I’ve NEVER seen a shop do that!
  
  These guys are truly honest. Let’s face it, sometimes things happen. That’s life. But the fact that they agreed to fix the dent without hesitation, speaks volumes. They have earned a customer for life, and I’ve already made sure my family goes to these guys too. To be clear I’ve always loved the service at kaltire, this experience just nudged me to write a review they are much deserving of.

  Best selection, great price and service. This is my second vehicle to be serviced by them. I recommend them to anyone looking for new tires. Staff is very friendly, their website is great as well. I won't go anywhere else for tire service.
