  the doctors are great! But there are 2 particular ladies at reception that need a good lesson on how to treat the patients. Just the thought of having to deal with them makes me cringe :/

  Dr Hussain was amazing but front staff is horrible. She said there was 2 patients before me and I told her I’d step out next door to get some cash for a doctors note since they don’t take debit and when I returned she never called my name after 4 patients get called. I asked her when I was next and she told me that she thought I’d left. After waiting an hour and a half? You thought I left?!?

  I wish I could give more stars . I read some bad reviews about the staff and well Im sorry but that is wrong . not rude not unprofessional and I might add they are human and there is only so many hours in a day . if you want to lessen your wait book an appointment and arrive early and you will be seen . My self I find the staff friendly and treat people well . When my doctor retired I was worried about finding a doctor that would care I have and she is great. I never feel rushed and I always feel like Ive been heard. If I have to wait a little longer then I want its worth the wait. The staff on the front lines take lots of abuse and I find still to be professional. Ive been there for 4yrs now and pan on staying with them too
