  5 star sushi. Huge pieces of protein in sushi rolls, very fresh tasting. Great selection of sushi rolls and appetizers. Excellent lunch specials till 3pm. Overall a fantastic experience at an intimate restaurant. Keep up the great work, and thank you! ????????????

  Went for dinner on a Friday night, it wasn’t too busy so we were seated right away. Small but cozy. Very good quality sushi. Decent pricing. Friendly and welcoming staff. Speedy service. The flavour combination and sauces used in their dishes are unique to their location. It’s rare to find certain menu items at any average sushi restaurant. I would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

  Good sushi for a decent price. They’re located between Square One and Heartland so quite convenient for anyone in the area. While the sushi is good and fish is quite fresh, their cooked items (including torched sushi) are on the pricier side. I personally didn’t enjoy the udon noodles much but your mileage may vary. Also, service is a bit on the slower side but the food comes quickly once you’ve ordered it.

  Food is amazing, well priced and fresh. Be mindful, it's a smaller establishment, so prepare to wait, however well worth the wait. The wait staff is friendly and like to laugh. Will be switching to this Hinote Sushi from now on.

  The beef was tasty, tender, and perfectly cooked. The sushi was fresh and it wasn't packed with rice - just the right amount.
  
  The meso soup was the best I ever had. It actually had lots of flavor. The meal was ended off with a lemon ginger tea... Amazing flavor.
