  Tanesse Chang-Gyles is amazing. During what could have been a very chaotic and stressful condo search experience for my husband and I, she made us feel totally calm and like we were in the very best hands that we could find. Bidding wars and our uncertainty of prices in the Mimico condo market made us very nervous about how to handle things. Tanesse swept into our lives and reassured us from the very beginning that she would find the right condo for us - without having us overpay or get caught up in nasty bidding wars during the process. Treating us like good friends while keeping an amazing professionalism, she did exactly what she promised to do for us. She was gently aggressive in her negotiation style and got us into the condo of our dreams without a single person bidding against us. We spent quite a while searching with her and she reassured us the entire time that the right place was just around the corner and that we would know it when we found it. She slowly narrowed our search from at least ten buildings down to one building and then we found our dream unit with a lake view. Thank you Tanesse from the bottom of our hearts! You helped us change our lives! We love you!

  I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and passion of Tanesse Chang-Gyles . Everything from their impressive marketing plans, to the professional staging and photography; the process was seamless and effortless on our part. She was flexible and attentive to our needs, patient with us as it was our first sale and ensured that we understood and felt comfortable with every part of the selling process. Tanesse was phenomenal; she was warm, enthusiastic and really knew her stuff. She made the offer process far less stressful with her calm demeanour and we were blown away by the offers she was able to secure. We sold in record time and for a price we truly did not expect.

  Tanesse was great! She helped us with a purchase of our first home. We felt that she was very truthful when asked about her opinion. She was also always there for us, including standing in a line up for 4 hours while we waited to make the purchase @ 6 AM. She was great in guiding us to one of the biggest decisions of our life. We highly recommend her, she is very knowledgeable. THANK YOU!!!
