One of my toilets was leaking all over the place and I called GTA Plumbing. The lady who answered the phone, Iesha, was very friendly and polite. A plumber came within an hour or so, and all was fixed for a very reasonable price. Now, almost a month later, I have had no issues. I will definitely use their service again should I need a plumber.
I had water leaking from my upstairs bathroom and didn't know where it was coming from. I called GTA and spoke to the dispatcher. She was very helpful. She helped me turn off the water until try were able to send a plumber.
The plumber came and was able to fix the leak and get my water turned back on.
The service was very good and the pricing was reasonable.
I would recommend them to family and friends and will definitely use them again if necessary.
The gentleman who arrived did an excellent job taking care of us. Within minutes, he had returned flow to the kids' toilet and then diagnosed and repaired the slow flow in the master sinks. My issue is, dispatch said he would be at the house between 08:00 and 09:00. At 11:00 I called the office (since they didn't call me). I was passed to voicemail. The plumber who did take excellent care of us arrived at 13:00.
