  Very friendly and helpful ladies during weekday, daytime, hours when I visited recently to buy an ice cream cake. They also had a reasonable number of cakes to choose from.
  
  The only downfall is it's pricey, but I can't dock the franchisee. Baskin Robbins single scoop price is too high now, they need to find a solution otherwise I can't see these locations lasting long term.

  Great service. Approachable and kind staff. They have amazing cakes! Girl who always works during day time knows everything about the store and products and is very friendly in nature.

  Went to Baskin Robbins last week and walked out feeling really happy about the customer service. The girl serving me - Zohra - was very friendly and super knowledgeable. She handled me with patience as I took my time deciding what flavour I wanted. When I asked for a sundae, she made it exactly how I wanted and answered every question I had about it. It was overall a great experience.
