  I just switched insurance companies and now have Courtney as my broker - she is amazing! I am so glad I switched to Access already, and am even happier to have Courtney be my new broker - she is so kind and professional and took the time to look into everything on our policy renewal and explain it all to me so I understood everything. I have never had someone go so far above and beyond to help me out! Will be switching our home policy over when it renews in April as well, very impressed with Courtney’s customer service and willingness to take the extra time to ensure she has done everything she can to have a happy client :)

  Hands down the best experience I have had with any broker regarding insurance and customer service across the board for any service. I work long hours away from home and due to cell phone policy at work I was limited on time and access to my phone. I had to switch services due to previous broker not providing insurance through intact in which I recieved the best rates.
  My situation was time sensitive as I was notified that my insurance would not be continued with one stop because they were no longer providing intact coverage. I purchased a car and needed proof of new insurance ASAP and Courtney was able to provide me with all documentation and deal with the finance manager on my behalf while I was working. She NOT ONLY made things happen for me during a time that was most needed but ALSO went out of her way to speak with Intact and DROP MY RATES CONSIDERABLY. I was then made aware that ONE STOP did not take the time to do so with INTACT. I then found out ONE STOP HAD OVERCHARGED ME CONSIDERABLY for a YEAR!
  Thank you COURTNEY for going the EXTRA MILE and EXCEEDING ALL EXPECTATIONS.
  THIS IS TRULY A BROKER THAT HAS EVERY INTEREST OF YOURS PRIORITIZED AND they SAVE you EVERY DOLLAR THEY CAN!

  We have recently renovated our whole house and the kitchen installation was by far one of the best experiences of the whole project. From start to finish the team at Aura was helpful, professional and patient. They spent as much time with us as needed to make sure we were happy with what we were getting.
  The end result is a gorgeous kitchen and confidence in the product. Thanks again Paul, Happy and Preet for all of your hard work!

  It was the best decision of our life when we picked Aura Kitchens for the renovation of our kitchen. Their innovative ideas helped us in bringing about the best possible design that we could’ve imagined. The sales person, the designer and the installer were simply outstanding as they were experienced in their field of work.
  
  I would certainly ask Aura Kitchens to come back if we need to make any more kitchen improvements anytime down the road. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives!

  The kitchen is one area in my home that I spend my most valued time. When my husband and I first moved in, we both knew the kitchen will need some work eventually. We began our shopping in kitchen renovations wanting something reasonable in price yet professionals in work. We shopped around for some time and finally came across Aura Kitchens & Cabinets. Their work and offers really caught our attention and made us keep going back to them, asking questions and clarifying our concerns. They handled everything very professionally and once we put in the order, they went right to work. Our kitchen turned out beautiful at a price within our budget. We want to thank them for all their hard work.

  We renovated our kitchen this past fall. We dealt with Happy who was very knowledgeable regarding kitchen designs. Before we had paid or signed for anything, Happy helped design our kitchen and provided 3D renderings. Happy did a good job communicating with us and was upfront. We had two different construction crews work on our kitchen, the first crew was very professional and seemed to take pride in their work. The second crew needed more supervision. However after talking to Happy he only sent the first (good) crew, which we appreciated. Happy provided great suggestions for our range hood, sink and counter tops. He personally delivered our range hood and sink which we purchased through him. He periodically came by our house to make sure there were no issues with the way the kitchen was coming together. We were at ease knowing that he was committed to our project. Everything wasn't perfect the first time around, however he followed up with us and the final product looks great. We are very happy with our new kitchen. Bottom line: we would work with Happy again if we require cabinetry work in the future.

  My kitchen was in such bad shape, congested, dark and dingy. I was horrified setting up appointments with different companies. I had limited budget. I had a hard time visualizing that my kitchen could look so good. Aura Kitchens offered great pricing with premium quality products. They designed this tall, beautiful, bright, open space that I love. It was a reasonable cost and my kitchen is completely upgraded. I am very impressed with the work done by Aura Kitchens. I will definitely recommend them to my relatives and family friends.
