I am a first-time home buyer in Canada and my experience with Mr. Deedar (Sir) has been one of it's kind. An extremely dedicated person who understands your need so well as none other. I was very choosy while house hunting and had 'n' number of prerequisites enough to get anyone disinterested in my search - good schools, good neighbourhood, good price, commute from work and last but not the least, particular fronting. Mr. Deedar would send me listings as per my demand package and with same dedication he would arrange viewings. Extremely organised, patient, on his toes and with best negotiation skills, I must say very trustworthy realtor with whom you can deal keeping your eyes closed. He will go the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy and honest guidance and approach. I look forward to do business with him in near future when I plan to sell my house in few years.

I was looking for my first home. My realtor Deedar was helping me to find the right place.
Deedar is a very patient listener. He understood my needs very well. He also informed me about the neighbourhood and schools.We saw many homes before buying. Deedar helped me not only to choose the perfect place but he also steered me away from some of the homes which at first glance looked good to me but they had some not so obvious to me problems.
At the time of making an offer and signing all documents Deedar explained everything so I felt very comfortable signing all the required papers.
I was very happy with the final price I paid. Deedar used his market knowledge and educated me what is a good value for this house and then he helped me to negotiate.
He also helped to arrange home inspection and mortgage. I am very glad that he is my broker and I would highly recommend him especially if you are buying your first home.

I sincerely wish to thank you and congratulate you for the excellent job done in selling our house faster (less than tow weeks) and also ensuring that we get the desired price for our house.

We highly admire the technical approach adopted by you in the entire sale process to sell our house, starting from meticulous evaluation of the property, listing it at a sale able price, recommending a good staging consultant who suggested very important tips to make some minor changes in the house so as to get "WOW" factor in the minds of prospective buyer, very effective showings conduct by you and most important part was handling the complex negotiations in a very mature and seasoned manner thus closing the deal in utmost professional manner. The cumbersome selling process was like a cakewalk with you as our Realtor.
