I went in yesterday for my 1st ever colonoscopy, and all my fears and nervousness were put to rest immediately. Dr. Ying and staff were true professionals....very friendly, accommodating and a bit of humor mixed in for good measure. They made a scary and what i imagined to be an unpleasant experience into a good, painless experience....and i would easily go back and have the procedure repeated tomorrow with no worries whatsoever if warranted!! We are so fortunate here in Canada to have this screening provided to us without cost, and i urge everyone over the age of 50 to have the procedure done. I have seen first hand, the effects of colon/bowel cancer....and it's not pretty at all!! Major thanx again to Dr. Ying and staff for a great, comfortable experience and i'll see you all again in 5-10 years!! :)

GREAT EXPERIENCE, THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND MADE YOU AT EASE. FROM THE NURSE TO THE DOCTOR THEY INTRODUCED THEMSELVES AND EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE STEP BY STEP AND ASKED IF YOU HAD ANY QUESTIONS. IT WAS FAST AND WITH NO DISCOMFORT, OR PAIN. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT WAS GOING ON. I BELIEVE THESE TYPES OF CLINICS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR DIFFERENT TESTINGS AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO HOSPITALS. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE GOING FOR A COLONOSCOPY.
