They’re always polite and helpful and they really go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied. I can’t tell you the number of times they’ve given us helpful suggestions that make our packaging and shipping more efficient.

In all of the years we’ve worked with them, they’ve never missed a shipment and we’ve always had the right amount of product we need on hand. This makes our business more efficient and lets us focus on other aspects of the business.

That’s not true for Crownhill. Whenever we call them, they always answer right away and they’re quick to respond to our questions via email too. They always keep us up to date with the status of our shipments. Great company and we appreciate their service and their products.

They don’t just try to sell products or get you to buy their most expensive stuff. They listen to what you need and provide you with smart options to help your business. Their boxes and packaging are really strong, durable, and they look great too!
