  We contacted Brock Windows and Doors for our Windows Installation project. We were extremely satisfied with the product and service. Right from signing the contract till the work was finished everything went very smooth. Installers were on time, professional, tidy, respectful and skilled. We appreciate the new look and very pleased with the job well done. Thank you Brock - You Rock!

  After receiving sound advice and service from the showroom person, we had a new patio door installed in our main living space to our backyard deck on February 9. We are very happy with the end result (the door looks and works great!) but also very happy with the installation process. The two installers were careful of our floors by laying down a tarp and they tidied up inside and outside the house. They were polite and worked steadily to get the job done. Thanks Brock Doors - I wish we had got this done sooner!

  The entire staff at Brock Doors and Windows were very pleasant to deal with. The consultant who came to my house was very helpful and friendly. He was not pushy at all. I never received annoying phone calls or emails asking if I was ready when I decided to postpone the installation indefinitely. When I was ready to go ahead with the work the consultant returned to my home to process the paperwork. The measurements were also done on time as promised. The installation team were very friendly and even assisted me in replacing my shutters after the windows were installed. The installation date happened to fall on the same day as a snow and ice storm. The installation crew overcame this issue and still completed the work on time. The windows look great and I’m very happy with the overall experience.

  The installers came on a very cold winter day! They worked quickly and efficiently. Very gracious and respectful. We are pleased with the entire process - from receiving a quote including explanation of the products to be installed - a complete window and a screen door.
  We would definitely recommend Brock Windows. They deserve a high rating.
