  Since going to Dr. Tara for 8 months, I no longer have migraine headaches or numbness in my arms and hands. She is very thorough and I am very confident in her abilities. I will continue to have monthly visits with her and highly recommend Dr. Tara, she is wonderful!

  Tara and the team at Advanced Vitality are incredible! I started receiving treatment from Tara during my pregnancy and she was able to significantly alleviate my pain concerns. I continue to receive treatment after my pregnancy, and for my baby, which has been invaluable. Tara is very passionate about what she does, and always works to provide relevant, safe, effective, and compassionate care. Additionally, she strives to educate her clients to help empower them and foster and resilience.

  Amazing Dr! She is empathetic, takes the time to work with each patient, never rushes us through, treats the whole person. We really look forward to our visits and always feel 100% better afterwards. My daughter is a dancer and we both ride horses so we have our share of aches and pains and Dr. Tara always make sure we are in tip top shape to carry on.
  
  I also did her weight loss program and lost 20 pounds and have kept it off for years. The weight literally NEVER came back and I don't have to watch or count calories.

  I found them by chance while seeking care for myself. They've since treated myself, my baby boy and husband. They are very thorough and committed to treating the root of any body issue/ache/pain. For my premature son, they've helped advance his motor skill development. I appreciate the genuine care they've shown our family!

  From the first day I stepped through the door, the staff (especially Lyndsay) has been so helpful, encouraging and welcoming. I had so many questions and a few concerns and Lyndsay was so patient and kind and answered every questions and went above and beyond and even printed out information for me. If you want a calm and wonderful experience I would highly recommend Advanced Vitality!
