(November 22, 2023, 2:31 pm)We were referred to AFC as we had a tractor breakdown in the midst of a busy couple of weeks. They arranged to come quickly - which they did - and Devon (I think was his name) was a young guy who knew exactly what he was doing. Quickly he diagnosed the issue (which was not what I thought it was), showed me the problem and after ordering the part, he was back installing it and we were 100%.
They are a fantastic mobile service and there was no idle time. But the most important thing is that they know what they’re doing so you can be back operating as quickly as possible.
I give AFC a 5/5. Our New Holland was quickly back and running and I felt that I knew the machine better because of their visit (and I’ve had it 26 years!). -
