(January 27, 2020, 2:59 pm)Highly recommend! Found Mitch and Lakeside based on a recommendation from my "go-to handyman" at the lake and seeing them build my neighbour's garage/outbuilding & custom dock with complicated ironwork. Built well & finished quickly despite unforeseen issues.
Lakeside built an 600sqft cottage extension including foundation, insulation, trusses, elec./mechanical, drainage, roofing, painting, drywall, & windows.. Did an exceptional job much faster than other contractors had quoted. Great communication w/pictures showing progress. Handled all inspections and was tidy with his workspace. The team took great care of our existing built property and landscaping.
Costing was very competitive. Quality was high. 5 stars -

The finished product was far better than we expected and the job came in under budget which was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely use Lakeside Contracting again!
