I had a number of questions over the months leading up to the purchase and they were all responded to quickly and in a polite manner. Found everyone I spoke to courteous and willing to help. I had a number of other auto dealerships alternatives but wanted to give my business to Parry Sound Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd., because I felt they were both honest and fair. (September 28, 2020, 9:27 pm)After driving nothing but Lexus and Toyota products for 25 years, we have upgraded to the 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country. It has been a quarter century since I drove a GM product. I have to say that the new product I have seen over the past couple of years caught my attention. I called two dealers in Barrie. Both cases they didn't have anything to show me and after two weeks without even a call back I started looking further. That is when we came across Parry Sound Chevrolet. Firstly, they have a great website where we actually did the entire deal online. Couple of phone calls to cover some small details and it was done. Traded in our Tundra and our 4Runner. Kyle was awesome to work with. Something to be said for doing business in a small town. He went over the top with the delivery and the vehicle was perfect. Brandy the business manager handled everything perfectly with the lease and the added coverage. She was so professional and again we did everything with her over the phone and online. Parry Sound is over an hour from Barrie. I wouldn't think twice about using them again. Can't say enough about how great it was to deal with this dealer.
