(May 28, 2021, 5:09 pm)My first time on a golf course was at the scenic and beautiful Deer Run. I returned to the city and now golf as often as I can. This place is great if you value golfing in a calm, relaxed and fun environment. You won't have golfers hitting into you, or Marshall's pushing the pace. Bring your hiking feet, if you aren't able to get a power cart. The course looks to be getting in better shape every time I go back. Try keeping your ball in the fairway as there can be some deep rough.

(August 16, 2020, 8:12 pm)This course has fantastic scenery! Enjoyed it more as a hike through the wilderness with golf holes in between but it was a great experience and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Don’t expect impeccable grounds-keeping but still quite playable.
