We decided to contact Bonnie Looby, not only because she was close but because the locals recommended her. Bonnie recognized that this was an emotional decision for us and gave us space as well as support in whatever we decided. She (and Niblitz) put together a package to show our cottage to its best advantage, kept us up-to-date on the process, and arranged viewings that were dependent on our approval. In the end, our cottage sold for $100,000 over asking. We unreservedly recommend Bonnie for your real estate needs.

agents”. I started working with Bonnie and quickly realized I found what I
needed. She was a huge resource to me, explaining the current market, things to
watch for, warning signs and what to expect in the offer/buying process all before
I even found the right place. Bonnie actually listened to the things that were
important to me, and helped sort out my must-haves by showing me lots of
examples so I could figure things out. In the end she found me a great place that
was everything I was looking for. I knew she was a busy lady because she has
a lot of listings and clients, but she was always on it, always available, always
willing to make it work. Bonnie is very easy going, with a great attitude, lots of
experienced, and her approach made it very clear she was focused on finding
me the right place, and making sure I were comfortable throughout the process.
She put me in contact with mortgage brokers, home inspectors and lawyers, I
was amazed at how smoothly and how quickly everything came together. I
expected the process to be very stressful, but in the end it was just exciting, as
she handled all the details. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bonnie to anyone
who is buying a home. Thanks again Bonnie!

We had searched all over, and when we found the perfect cottage, we had less than 24 hours for the whole process. And Finchams
met the deadline and we succeeded in becoming owners of our dream property. Highly recommend. -
