Great outfitter for the west end of Algonquin. Super friendly and helpful service and always quick to respond to emails. Thank you for making the trip planning so easy.

Not only did they rent us great canoes and give us excellent service and supplies to have a great trip. When I returned from our journey, I came back with a car that had been smashed while parked. Eventhough the damage did not happen on their property, they offered to help me attach the bumper on to the car allowing me to drive the 4 hours home and be with my family that I missed very much. They did it purely from the kindness of their heart. Good people who just wanted to help and my family and I are grateful. This is the only place I would ever deal with in the region. Thank you again for your help, service... and canoes!!!

Outstanding customer service again and again. They called us after realizing a bridge would be out ( something the Park did not do....and should have). Highly recommend. Eqpt for rental in great shape. Staff cheerful and knowledgeable. Fair prices. Repeat customer.

Rented a solo H20 Pack Canoe for Access #2 for 3 days mid-week in August 2021. So impressed with this company & employees, so very nice and knowledgeable. Asked what lakes would be good for only my 2nd solo trip ever and about pack canoe versus solo canoe. Great to deal with on the phone and even better in person. So happy they open up at 7:00 am, just like Ontario Parks office across street from them. Helped me load & tie down canoe on my roof racks, gave me tips. The equipment was top notch, the canoe was beautiful, great double blade paddle that came apart, and the removable yoke came with the yoke pad (they do not charge extra like other companies), also did not charge extra for tie down straps they supplied. I will definitely book again with this company anytime I use Access #2, #3, or #4 to Algonquin PP. Thank you guys for a great experience renting a canoe!

Rented a canoe from here. The place is really fantastic. They have everything you need for your trip.

The canoe we rented was well-looked after and very light canoe. All items were very clean. Chris mentioned how they clean everything thoroughly between trips.

Chris helped us and offered his expertise with suggestions to tying the canoe down to the car. He was great and very friendly, professional and eager to help us.

Highly recommend. Will definitely rent from here in future.
