I have worked with a few other brokers in the past, and Heike's service was by far the best. She came up with options that I never would have thought of on my own, she was always fast in responding to my emails and she didn't hesitate to spend the time to get the deal done. (December 29, 2019, 2:44 am)Heike has been able to acquire us rates better than the banks, her response time is amazing, she is knowledgeable and very nice. I would deal with Heike any day, and have for a number mortgages. Always getting better terms than the bank, and a much smoother process. :)

(November 27, 2019, 2:17 pm)We recently dealt with Heike for our farm mortgage. This was the 1st time for us using a " non traditional bank service" although I know now her services are equal if not better than a bank service.
Heike has a wealth of knowledge and multiple options for mortgages, she made the process as seamless as possible. Being able to access her services 7 days a week was a huge bonus. She always responded to our questions in a timely manner.
I would not hesitate to recommend Heike and would suggest that others contact her for mortgage options.
