(October 26, 2021, 12:09 pm)Matt was the first to call me back after calling several businesses on the weekend when my furnace broke down.
He took time to trouble shoot over the phone first in case it was a simple fix. With no luck over the phone he came out the next day and I STILL didn’t have one other company call me by this time.
Matt arrived when he said he would and was professional and efficient. Investigated and quickly uncovered the problem. He investigated to determine if a replacement part would be covered under warranty and it was!!
Matt returned the very next day, new part in hand with another staff member, one worked on fixing my furnace and the other fixed another issue I didn’t even know would cause me issues down the road.
I’m thoroughly happy with the service I got from Matt and his company!
I’m a carpentry apprentice and you can guarantee I will be recommending Matt to my clients! -

(September 24, 2021, 5:38 pm)First visit with Matt and Darrrin today. Did the annual maintenance on my furnace, fireplace and tankless water heater. Takes picture of what they find. Found some things that should have definitely been corrected or were done incorrectly by my previous HVAC company. Feels good to have those outstanding issues taken care. Very professional, explains things so you understand. Happy to support and independent local business person in the trades.
