(March 2, 2022, 1:29 pm)My daughter is currently receiving counselling services from Tina J. Smith & Associates and her experience has been excellent (I am posting this review with her permission). Two years of pandemic life has been incredibly stressful on our youth and I am grateful that we have such qualified therapists available in Woodstock to provide supportive mental health services. Grace Karugu is our therapist and she has been able to efficiently help my daughter identify and work on key issues and that has helped bring some immediate relief. EMDR therapy is also an amazing therapeutic tool that they provide (when applicable) which can access healing in ways 'talk therapy' alone can not. I know that all therapists are stretched to the limit right now during the pandemic, so I appreciate all the more how responsive the team at Tina J. Smith & Assoc. has been.
