(March 16, 2020, 1:46 am)Just after xmas my wife and I decided to look in to options to have our countertops replaced with stone. Amelia, an employee of the company overheard us at hockey and suggested stonex right away. We called them that week and spoke with Hailey and had an appointment booked immediately. We visited the showroom in Woodstock and the samples did not disappoint. We picked what we wanted .They all followed up after our visit and were very organized. They had a man out to measure with very high tech equipment. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. Last month we had the pleasure of having the crew in from stonex to do the installation. Mario and German were such pros! We had an unexpected challenge under our existing counter and Mario was quick to come up with a reasonable solution and completely saved the day. We may not have been able to proceed with installation without him. They were both patient and understanding. I would call them for anything in the future. So impressed.

The attention to detail and quick turn around time kept the job moving smoothly. I would fully trust Rob and his team on any project! Thanks Guys!!

(July 18, 2019, 8:33 pm)Granite counter with large undermount stainless steel sink installed in December. Unfortunately the sink fell out into the drawer below after silicone sealant gave way 7 months later. Called them and 2 men were at my house within 4 hours to reinstall sink and add extra strapping. We live in a different city to any Stonex location as well. Very happy with the quick service and the concerned and friendly staff both in the office and those who did the repair. Thanks to Lucy, Mike and Giorgio.
