Andy will have you in shape in no time. His ability to hear your training to you personally is quite amazing! And he's very forgiving when fall off track... But not too forgiving :)
I attended a kids birthday party here. Everyone was welcoming and the energy was positive. The kids at the party had a blast and earned a great work out. Definitely recommend!
the Owner / trainer is great at teaching. Me and my son have been going there for 2 months now and we both love it. It also helps when everyone in the class are helping you and are friendly and very patient with new people . I don’t usually do reviews but wanted to show my gratitude...
If your looking for a place to get fit while having fun look no further. Yvonne, Andrew and Andy are super knowledgable and take time with you to ensure you optimize your work out. This is a great gym for the whole family with kids classes, women's classes and coed classes. I highly, highly recommend this gym.
