She arrived on time, was professional and did a thorough job of the audit. She provided detailed audit reports shortly after the audit was performed and included helpful suggestions on what we could do to improve the efficiency of our home. (November 29, 2019, 5:36 pm)Just wrapped up the follow up energy audit both performed by Tyler. He was a wealth of information on where the home loses heat. After performing upgrades across four categories of the Union Gas rebate program we've reduced the carbon footprint of our 34 year old home and are actually more comfortable at reduced monthly gas and energy costs. The NRC reports provided by Tyler both pre and post upgrade represent a great asset in the event you need to sell your home. A potential buyer can see where the house was what you did and what more if anything can be done to further improve the energy efficiency of the home.

The advisor Susan was friendly, thorough and professional in finding potential problems, answering questions and making suggestions of upgrades. She was able to accommodate my schedule for the second audit by coming out on the weekend. The whole process was informative and the services provided helped me save energy.
