We just used the app and we were pleasantly surprised. We placed our order around noon with a pick up time of 5:20. My wife and I arrived 20 min early and waited at the bar while having a drink. Our food was made right on time. The staff was great and the food was amazing like it always is from Tillsonburg Kelsey’s. 5 stars for all. Resturaunt, staff and the app. Great job see u again soon.

We've been here twice since we moved to Tillsonburg and both times something went wrong with someone that we ordered.

The first time they took the food to the wrong table and the second time they dropped the food on the floor.

The food is always good and service is good and fast, but hopefully during our 3rd visit nothing goes wrong.

Always good. We will be back. It's a favourite of ours. Offer half sized portions on the menu. The meals are too big. Pasta was WAY over cooked. It was mushy. Be consistent too. I ordered the chicken fried chicken once and it was fabulous. Then I ordered it again and it wasn't that great.
