I absolutely love this place! The girls at the front counter are great. Dr Carvalho is amazing! I feel so good after hes done. Everyone in the office is so nice. I also see Dr Ferraro, he also is very good. I hate that i have to leave????
I’ve known Dr Carvalho since I was 11, there is no comparison. Everyone is very friendly and professional even though it also feels like home.
I have been going to The Baldwin Street Chiropractic Clinic for years when it was still owned by Dr. Hindle. When he retired I started going to Dr. Carvalho and I must say the transition was seamless. The service that you get at that clinic is phenomenal and that is why I still continue to go there even if it is over an hour's commute one way for me. All the staff are professional and friendly and it is obvious that customer service is important for them.
Dr. Carvalho is absolutely amazing! He provides quality care in a professional, customer centric way! By far, the BEST chiropractor I've met.
I drive down from Toronto just to see him!!
I have been coming here for a few years now. The staff are excellent! I use Dr. Ferraro as my chiropractor and Jack as my massage therapist. They are both great and have helped me recover from injuries.
