He pushes you to do your best while working out, and he is a great motivator when doing so. He goes out of his way to help his clients out! He has provided me home workouts when I am unable to meet with him in person so I don’t feel guilty, he truly is lots of help and is great with keeping in touch on how you are doing! If you are looking for a personal trainer who is there for you go with Stan, he is one outstanding trainer!!
