Georgena Turchet helped me recently with a very fast sale in a slow market( under a week we had a firm sale) at a great price.
When it came to finding a house I was happy with , that went smoother than the sale !

We had a tight timeline and wanted to move at a really fast pace in order to secure a house as soon as possible. Lisa Black was an absolute pleasure to work with and was able to match our energy and guide us through the process easily and with efficiency.
Lisa was extremely accommodating of our busy schedules and was willing to book home viewings outside of normal business hours.
Lisa was informative and shared her knowledge and expertise with us. She also assisted us in other aspects, like finding the perfect mortgage broker.
I would 100% work with Lisa again and I cannot recommend her enough for young, first-time homebuyers, or anybody looking to buy or sell property :)
