This was my first time purchasing a vehicle in the USA and shipping it to Canada. Needless to say, I was nervous during the whole process. Oakwood was referred to me by a friend who had used them in the past. Although I had other competitive quotes, I chose Oakwood. EXCELLENT experience. Jody in the office went above and beyond to help with challenges that arose, she ALWAYS answered the phone, I couldn't believe it!!! Always pleasant and with a "I'll get on that, or look into that right away". Then Karl the driver, what can I say, also surprised me with excellent communication from point of pick up to point of delivery. I received a call from Karl before the call from my own friends telling me the car had been delivered and the job completed... Such a breath of fresh air to see companies putting value in good people with great customer service as their goal. Excellent experience! Having my vehicle shipped to Florida for the first time I cannot say enough about what a pleasant experience it was dealing with NICK the driver who called me before he arrived and made arrangements for pick up and subsequently called before delivery in order to make arrangements for drop off! Vehicle arrived dirty but without so much as a scratch! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone looking to have a vehicle transported!
