(May 26, 2020, 10:11 pm)Very modern design, not like production home, the entire community looks pretty nice. The finishing standard is not bad and they are able to accommodate a lot of customization.
They used to have a higher price than other developers in this region and that's what made me hesitant to go with them initially, but everybody has raised the price to pretty much same level at the beginning of this year... -

(May 20, 2020, 10:32 pm)- They are pretty good with customization, I have requested multiple changes for my house such as exchanging bath tub to standing shower because I have a senior living with me, etc… All the changes have been done for free and on-time.
