  I got my both car and home insurance with them. I was served by Shelby who went beyond her limits to help me. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service experience. The only thing that bothered me was that the quote on my car insurance went higher due to special circumstances. I understand that, but they sent me an schedule for preautorize payment of the new price well before I even sign the insurance paper. It all ended up sorted out thanks to Shelby, but it would be great if customers confirm before such an arrangement. Overall a very nice experience and I recommand their service.

  Although I have dealt with couple of persons at this office for my Home and later Auto insurance but this review is mainly based with my experience and interaction with Keely (last lady I have dealt with in this office).
  
  Keely is patient and respectful. She broke down and explained everything related to my Auto insurance (first private insurance I had back then) and despite the fact that what I asked back then made sense to me (does not make sense at all now after I knew how the Auto insurance goes), she remained patient and respectful way different than the previous persons I have dealt with for my Home insurance. Besides, she helped me out switching my services over, when I moved out of the province. She went above and beyond.
  
  Ask for her, when you need honest recommendations or help with setting up your plan. You get a good deal, too!

  Been with them for several years for both of my vehicles and house insurance. Fantastic service, always looking to help me out. Upfront and honest even if it mean less money for them as they just wish to get you the best deal. Always quick service and never have they ever been bothered when I have a million questions. So patient and thoughtful of their clients. Impressed. 10/10 would reccommend. I don't know about that negative review, seems very incorrect to me... and renewals are always automatic so clearly they do not examine the papers they put their signature on. This office would never intentionally do you a dis-service... Like c'mon.Not a single issue and I have switched vehicles and needed urgent help a few times and I got it without issue.

  Love this agency, I've been with them for over 5 years now, and to this day it is the best move I've done. This agency is warm, friendly, compassionate and they make you feel like family. They explain well and detailed, never make you feel like your loosing money or spending it uselessly. They are great at what they do and you can tell as soon as you step into their office. Keely has been a wonderful asset to this agency, she has aided with my policies since my original contract. I will follow them until i can't anymore! Excellent agency, feels just like family.
